Amaranatho

During my travels around the world, I discovered Vipassana meditation. This had such a profound impact on me that I became a Thai Theravadan Buddhist monk in the UK, where I stayed for 15 years, dedicating myself to the inquiry into awakening. During this time, I came across Douglas Harding and met him and his wife on several occasions.

As a monk, I travelled and taught, running retreats and workshops based on Buddhism, the Headless Way, and personal development. Trusting where life was leading me, I eventually left monastic life, reconnected with the Headless community, found my wife, and now joyfully share the Headless Way with her.
